Custom realistic portraits
Alessandra is an established Italian artist, based in Camaiore (Tuscany). Thanks to a unique eye for detail and her realistic style, her work is clearly distinguishable and worldwide customers have commissioned her portraits since 2009.
Each portrait is unique just like the subjects that come to life thanks to her skilled hand, transforming a blank canvas into a personal, intimate piece of art. Her portraits stand out for the attention to the subject's expression and feelings, based on careful research which aims to represent an emotion, capture a moment and make it eternal.
All portraits are entirely hand-made. The artist will share pictures and videos of the work in progress and approval pictures before shipping.
Portraits can be made with different techniques, based on the customer’s preference. Dry techniques are available (pencil, charcoal and pastel on paper) as well as oil on canvas.
The portraits are packaged with care and can be shipped worldwide by express courier.

Potrai scegliere la tecnica che meglio si adatta al tuo spazio e al tuo gusto, spaziando dal rigore del disegno classico a matita o carboncino, alla morbidezza cromatica dei pastelli morbidi, fino al prestigio senza tempo della pittura ad olio su tela.
La creazione condivisa
Avrai il privilegio di seguire il work in progress della tua opera.
Prima della spedizione, potrai visionare il risultato in anteprima e richiedere piccoli accorgimenti affinché il ritratto rispecchi esattamente la tua visione.
Potrai inoltre richiedere il video in time lapse della creazione del tuo ritratto.
Cura museale e spedizione
Ogni opera, corredata dal suo Certificato di Autenticità firmato, viene imballata con cura sartoriale e spedita in tutto il mondo tramite corriere espresso assicurato, pronta per essere svelata ed emozionare. E' anche possibile richiedere la spedizione assicurata.

HOW THE PORTRAIT COMES TO LIFE

Fase 1: Consulenza
Lo studio preliminare
Non una semplice copia di una fotografia. Analizziamo insieme i tuoi scatti per studiare l'inquadratura, il gioco di luci e ombre e l'atmosfera perfetta per valorizzare il soggetto all'interno del tuo spazio.
Fase 2: Diario di cantiere
Le foto del work in progress
Avrai il privilegio di entrare virtualmente nel mio atelier. Riceverai aggiornamenti riservati, immagini delle fasi salienti del lavoro e la foto del risultato, e potrai richiedere piccoli adattamenti prima del fissaggio finale.
Fase 3: L'autentica
Il valore nel tempo
A opera ultimata, il ritratto viene firmato e catalogato. Viene rilasciato un certificato ufficiale, datato e firmato dall'artista, che ne attesta l'originalità e ne tutela il valore economico e collezionistico.
Fase 4: Vederlo dal vivo
Packaging di pregio
La consegna è un rito.
L'opera viene imballata con materiali appositi e inserita in una confezione rigida e ampiamente protettiva, spedita tramite corriere espresso in tutto il mondo.
"I began studying drawing and painting with a hyper-realistic approach and an almost "morbid" attention to every single detail. But then over the years of my career and comparison with other great artists I realized that it is not the detail the important thing, but the message, the emotion, the atmosphere.
In fact, hyper-realism tends to emphasize and exasperate every single detail, but reality couldn't be more different. When we stop to observe a live face, in fact, we don't notice every single pore of the skin or every small wrinkle, but we are captured by a look, a light, a contrast, a colour.
My artistic research applied to portraits is based precisely on this: the desire to capture the subject in its purity, the environment, and to make it real through emotion and contrast rather than with line and mannerism."

Ogni ritratto che esce dal mio atelier è il risultato di un cammino lento, meticoloso e interamente artigianale. Per poterti garantire l'eccellenza esecutiva, la massima cura dei dettagli e una dedizione totale, ho scelto di accettare solo un numero estremamente limitato di commissioni ogni anno. Realizzare un'opera d'arte è un processo che non può essere affrettato. Tra lo studio preliminare, le decine di ore dedicate alla fase pittorica e i tempi tecnici di asciugatura e fissaggio, i tempi d'attesa medi per la consegna sono di almeno 60-90 giorni dal momento della conferma della prenotazione. Se stai pensando di commissionare un ritratto d'autore per un'occasione speciale, per un regalo importante o per arricchire la tua casa, ti invito a muoverti con largo anticipo per riservare il tuo posto nel mio calendario di lavoro.
