An ambitious project that the artist has carried in her heart for years, after a long personal search that led her to understand her priorities and her means of expression: the human figure.
In fact, in Alessandra's works, beloved subjects, hands of loved ones, faces and expressions that have left their mark on her path recur.
But what interests her most is precisely TOUCH, both as a single word and as separate words, always part of the same universe.
This collection aims precisely at a search for intimacy, for "fingers that sink" into the flesh, for a contact between people that has been lost, between lovers, brothers, sisters, friends and memories.
Contact means letting yourself be enveloped, embraced, held, transported.

The Narrative of a Shared Intimacy

In #ConTatto_6, the canvas opens onto a moment both deeply intimate and universally relatable: a woman absorbed in the daily ritual of applying makeup before a mirror.
But there is something far deeper woven into these brushstrokes. The subject depicted is my sister.
That moment of preparation is not merely vanity or routine; it is the vivid memory of a lifelong bond. An affectionate, collective ritual that has intertwined our lives since youth: sharing a mirror, exchanging outfit advice, hands reaching out to help one another, and knowing glances exchanged before stepping out into the world.
In this piece, contact takes shape across multiple dimensions:

Contact with oneself: The gentleness with which the hand grazes the face, paired with the focused gaze in the reflection.

The contact of memory: The unbreakable, knowing bond between sisters—built on warm memories, shared gestures, and a deep, instinctual affection.
