I have always focused on research in figurative art and realistic drawing. Starting from subjects I often know well I enjoy digging deeper and exploring what is beyond mere appearance. People who are part of my life or have somehow left their mark on my path are therefore my primary choice of subjects. 

 

I believe that our true self is hidden in some detail of our faces, hands and feet. 

With my paintings I try to impress a feeling, a message, to capture that expression or gesture that hides our soul to make it eternal.
